The Charlotte Hornets visit the Orlando Magic at the Kia Center at 7:30 PM ET for the East's No. 8 seed. Charlotte advanced to this stage after a 127-126 overtime win over Miami on April 14. Tonight's winner will face top-seeded Detroit Pistons in the first round.
The Golden State Warriors travel to Phoenix to play the Suns for the West's No. 8 seed. Phoenix landed in the Play-In after a 114-110 loss to Portland on April 14, in which Deni Avdija scored 41 points to lift the Trail Blazers to the No. 7 seed. Tonight's winner will face top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder.
The remaining first-round picture is set: in the East, the Celtics, seeded second, meet the Sixers, seeded seventh; in the West, the Spurs, seeded second, meet the Trail Blazers, seeded seventh. Round 1 tips off Saturday, April 18.
